The altar contains the relics of the holy martyrs Felicissimo, Agapito, Vincenzo. On the left, a plaque refers to the ample privileges granted by Sixtus V to the Archconfraternity of St. Mary of the Consolation, in 1585. To the right is a tablet extolling the the work of Cardinal Riario.
